She began with a clear vision to elevate the cleaning industry into a respected, systemised, and high-performing profession. That vision turned Beskar into a national brand known for excellence, leadership, and innovation across Australia.
Today, Shania mentors business owners through Venture Mentors, teaches systemisation and automation with Cornerstone AI, and shares insights with thousands through her YouTube channel and public speaking.
